Your new company
For our client, international banking company located in Krakow, we are looking for Communications Manager.

Your new role
The role is responsible for the planning and execution of employee communications plans for Global Telecommunication Services, with an emphasis on connecting employees more deeply to company’s purpose, values and strategy, driving stronger business performance, supporting change and instilling confidence. The role will sit within the Global Functions and will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of assignments across Telecommunication Services, including content creation, providing communications consultancy to stakeholders and devising approaches to encourage conversation between employees and leadership. The assignments will be overseen by the Global Head of Telecommunication Services and Head of Telecommunication Services Governance. The role operates across a complex matrix structure and has wide scope.


  • Plan and implement effective employee communications programmes that support Telecommunication Services priorities
  • Deliver/Manage internal campaigns and news, ensuring important business insight and information is communicated to all employees
  • Create compelling content and messages using story-telling to engage employees about the progress and priorities of the Global Telecommunication Services, aligned to our purpose, strategies and values
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of global strategy, direction and initiatives at Telecommunication Services level.
  • Work seamlessly and collaboratively with businesses and functions, and other key stakeholders, in delivering high standard and relevant employee communications
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
  • Meet and comply with Global Standards Manual, Communications Functional Instruction Manual, procedures and governance framework
  • Assist Global TS Head to monitor and report spending on employee communications projects
  • Continuously reassessing risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructuring, and the impact of new technology.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice
  • Broad knowledge of financial services industry and global marketplace
