Responsibilities



  • Provide 1st line IT support

  • Perform assessment, triage, research and resolution of basic incidents and requests

  • Customer support via telephone and e-mail

  • Registration of problems in the database

  • Monitoring of applications

  • Closing solved applications in the system

  • Cooperation with the 2nd and 3rd support lines

Wymagania:
Requirements


  • Basic knowledge in the IT field

  • Experience in Helpdesk/Service Desk or Customer Service will be an asset

  • Very good command of English language (level C1)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner

  • Ability to build strong relationships
