Custom Solutions Operations Support Engineer has a key role to coordinate and optimize the processes to deliver custom solutions for Customers.
Plan & coordinate Product releases rollout on the different platforms
Plan & coordinate client data loads & deployments
Coordinate activities in order to ensure deliveries on Production on target dates but also to assure all deployments are in compliance with Production stability and security
Provide accurate and in time information to all teams involved or dependent of releasing process
Respect releasing processes and procedures, maintain them and seek for improvements whenever possible
Able to propose industry standard automation tools for deployment, monitoring, alerting
Analyze internal requirements for development of new or improvement of existing internal tools.
Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies
Write and maintain procedures for support and deployment
Be able to produce KPIs on server activities, support, etc.
Align deployment process for all client s deployment centers and platforms
Collaborate with Client s Touchless Core team to make sure that the development strategy is in-line with the deployment automation needs
Enhance and standardize the support and incidents reporting processes along the different regions and customer types
Provide first level support to the team in case of any network or system problem on internal platforms Follow Professional Services procedure allowing the solution to be reused and maintained.
If needed participate to onsite missions and working together with customers IT department to secure the solution delivery in the best efficient way.

At least 3-5 year working experience developing/maintaining complex IT solutions.
Azure or Amazon cloud experience, migration from Windows VMs to cloud
Docker experience of work
Proficient in C#/JAVA/PHP or any scripting language (with proven working experience)
Proficiency in English essential (written and spoken), second language much appreciated
Knowledge on MS Windows systems and network administration
Good knowledge of MS-SQL administration and T-SQL language
Knowledge on .Net Architecture and Application server
Knowledge on VMWare
Good understanding of the build and release process
Knowledge of Internet protocols and applications
Big plus to have knowledge of:
Microsoft IIS server administration
MongoDb administration and query language knowledge
