IT Support Manager

Opis stanowiska:
  • Ensures proper functioning of the IT Support Section consisting of the Stores Support Section, the Desktop Support Section and the Trainings Section through appropriate selection, development and work organization of the multinational team
  • Manages the process of user support to ensure user support quality, in compliance with accepted standards
  • Manages cooperation (in his scope) with external providers to control timeliness and quality of contracted jobs
  • Manages software and hardware installation and updates (user devices only)
  • Builds and manages the knowledge base to ensure the proper functioning of the IT Support Section and the keeping knowledge within the company
  • Makes analyses and reports regarding the Section s work in order to evaluate the extent of goal performance

  • Knowledge of compliance related to personal data regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL,HDI and remote diagnostics
  • Experience of IT Service Management processes, e.g. incident management, change management, problem management, configuration management, and process supporting tools
  • Team player that actively collaborates with people to find solutions to problems
  • Experience of configuration management utilities
  • Process management methods
  • Experience with networking
  • Basic knowledge of creating back-ups
  • VPN and Operating system Windows knowledge (server and desktop)
  • Very good English skills
