Service Line Manager

You will be a good match if you are/have:

  • Technical skills and/or technology insight within related Service Line domain (Mobile, QA & Security, Embedded, Cognitive)

  • 2+ years former experience as coordinator / lead / manager

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Collaborative attitude

  • Demonstrable ability to manage risk

  • Very good command of English both in speech and writing

You get extra points for:

  • Former technical experience as Mobile/Embedded/Cognitive specialist or QA/Security engineer

As a part of our team, you will:

  • Provide leadership and direction to one of competence teams in line with intive s strategy and customer needs

  • Provide day-to-day people management by managing motivation and performance, coaching, giving regular feedback

  • Be responsible for competence development and utilization€Żof staff allocated to the team to ensure job rotation and minimize assignment coverage gaps

  • Recruit and hire talents to fill team positions

  • Review and make salary decisions

  • Define the roadmap for the technical areas assigned to service line

  • Promote adoption of the new technologies across the company as well as knowledge exchange

  • Engage internal and external technical community to promote, learn and teach

  • Contribute actively to the site management team as well as engage with other line managers across the organization

  • Look for new potential business opportunities in cooperation with project management and sales teams
