Transition PEM Technical Analyst

Your role

Are you an analytical thinker? Do you want to build up your knowledge around the outsourcing lifecycle? Do you like to improve and simplify processes? We€™re looking for someone who is interested in:

  • data gathering, tabulation, manipulation and visualization

  • process Automation through VBA code development

  • root cause analysis and graphical visualization of data

  • interaction, coordination and liaising with stakeholders

  • performing regular and ad-hoc complex reporting tasks

Your day to day work will include understanding transition and outsourcing data, providing improvements on how we currently complete reporting within the team. You will be responsible for performing analysis and technical code development for reports and process automation using VBA.

Your team

You will have an opportunity to work as part of a global team. You will be based in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park) and join the Group Sourcing, Transition Program Execution Management team which is responsible for centralized reporting across the Outsourcing, Nearshoring & Offshoring transition process execution.

Your experience and skills

You have:

  • a university degree

  • 3-5 years of reporting experience in a corporate environment

  • technical Skillset: Proficient in MS Office especially Access & Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Writing macros in VBA is a must)

  • excellent communication skills interaction with the onshore clients

  • stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients and manage relationships while being assertive to ensure completion of tasks

  • excellent analytical and data reporting skills

  • multi-tasking skills to deal with ad-hoc job requests from multiple clients

  • prior experience of working with international clients is desired

You are:

  • fluent in spoken and written English

  • experienced in data analysis

  • a strong team player

  • organized and detail oriented

  • a multi-tasker and able to priortise your work

  • able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • able to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
