The MFT Engineer is responsible for the deployment solution of secure data movement that enable enterprises to gain control and oversight of the massive movement of critical corporate data to facilitate data growth, reduce security risk, and improve IT and business efficiency. Responsibilities include architecture integration solutions, performing installation, configuration, and day-to-day tasks associated with secure file transfers. The overall scope is managing, securing, adding new transfers and controlling file transfers on thousands of servers with different configuration for ~500 external customers.

Service maintenance related to file transfer environment
Define objectives by analyzing user requirements.
Installation, configuration and distribution/maintenance of Connect Direct, Drecom, Dremove on the Unix/Win/SAP environment; preparation, adding and monitoring of file transfers
Creating new transfers
Making changes in already existing transfers such as rescheduling, changing source and destination server, name or type of moving files etc.
Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
3+ years of experience as an Unix/Linux administrator or in Scheduling Services.
Experience installing and configuring software/server for new customers required.
Experience with Software Requirements and Software Development Documentation.
Capable of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated and creative.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Strong customer-facing skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Very good written and verbal English.
Willing to work on €ścall duty€ť and Weekend implementation changes.
