You will be a good match if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in direct user support

  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10

  • Have knowledge of Windows server systems 2008/2012/2016

  • Have practical knowledge of LAN / WAN / Internet

  • Have good knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and configuration of peripheral devices

  • Use English on daily basis

  • Have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with ability to multi-tasks

  • Are ready to work shifts

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support as 1st Line of Technical Support 24/7 for external and internal users

  • Technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware

  • Removing errors and defects, implementing new solutions, updating software and modifying hardware using the knowledge and available tools

  • Sharing knowledge in the field of IT applications

  • Implementing and maintaining office IT environment standards

  • Participating in the IT resource management process through the implementation of submissions and requests

  • IT systems monitoring
