• Coordinate SAP Basis activities


• Colaboration with IT streams (developers, basis, system owners, authorizations, business consultants, monitoring)


• Using and maintenance of IT tools (Service Now, Sailpoint, HPALM, Cornerstone, gSuite)


• Resolving technical and cross-functional issues


• Verify system compliance and support ICFR and GxP audits (SoD, security)


• Working with validated enviroment (CSV)


• Management of users and IT roles


• Inventory maintenance (emergency access, interfaces, IT roles and tools, generic users, etc.)


• Deputy of System Owner

• Supporting migrations, upgrades, refreshes, instalations
